Hi Gayle, After being away for awhile, I have just come back to find your stuff on the Standfields. I have done a ton of research on the Canadian Tolpuddlers, and will go through it in a few days. It started as a hobby, but now has gotten a bit more serious as I part of it will likely appear in the London Township History book slated for publication next year. I guess your mother is Marguerite Fifield, and your dau is Darla? Unfortunately I have to catch a plane in one hour so cant do it now. There is quite a bit of "loose" information in print, that is not quite accurate.
