-----Original Message----- From: Irene Howgate <[email protected]> >Hello all! >This is a very quite mailing list. Hi Irene, I am sorry that I've been neglectful here; because of time off during the holidays, I have worked a lot more and have had difficulty finding time to devote to this project. I keep hoping the rest of you will jump in and share; as I've said before, I don't have much original data on these lines and hope to learn more from all of you. Can those of you in countries other than the US or those who have researched in other countries tell us about what sources you use and how we may be able to help you from here? >Wendy are you still going to tell us all who else is on this mailing list. Yes, I'll get right to that today since nobody has objected. >I for one would like to know how many are in here. >Also Wendy you sent me the tree a while back (I am pasting at the bottom) >can you tell me who sent it to you. Percy Loveless was included in a pedigree done in 1988 by C. Bromley that was sent to Alton Loveless who then sent it to me. He included this: CAUTION: ATTACHMENT QUESTIONABLE OF ROBERT TO JAMES AND THOMAS! The rest of that outline was sent to me by you, I believe. Mr. Bromley believed that his ancestor, Robert b. abt. 1810, was a brother to James and Thomas but had not proven that fact. Has anyone seen anything else done by Mr. Bromley over the years? Wendy
