Hi Donna, hi Russell, I was only thinking yesterday it was time to wake up the loveless cousins - but didn't have anything to say. Not sure I have now but just to throw a spanner in the works I have Charles Legg, brother to Elizabeth I think (although I also have Charles Legg married to Elizabeth) - the children of Edward and Ann. Irene and I deduced that the Legg children were: Elizabeth, William, JAne, Martha, Robert, Sarah, Mary, Rosetta and Charles. I have Elizabeth Legg b. 1829 died 1870, nothing further. The mystery to me though is WHO were Edward and Ann?? They are the same generation as Tolpuddle Martyrs but I have Ann Bartlett so Edward must have been Loveless? In which case his children sure weren't Leggs.. Did Elizabeth Loveless marry Charles Legg?? Maybe you can enlighten Donna. Incidentally I got this information from a very reliable Loveless geneologist in Dorset, also my aunt (Loveless). Be interested to hear more. Hi David -any news from Bridport ropemakers??
