Hi all I am hoping that you will all help out with some prayers for my little nephew Adam, he has been unwell for some time, everything was pointing to him having Juvenile Arthritis, and it's a hard thing to diagnose, he has been sick for about 10 months. Right at the beginning my sister Donna was told that his blood was not right. Today she had an appointment at the Children's Hospital and they did more blood tests, by the time she arrived home there were messages on her answering machine telling her to bring him straight back to the hospital. They say he has arthritis in the feet and ankles and also he is anemic. Tomorrow they are bringing in the cancer doctors and it is looking like our little Adam might have leukaemia. Everyone is shocked, he is a little darling and has been very sick, he has lost a stone in weight and when he was little anyway he is now skin and bones. He just had his fifth birthday last Friday. Donna is my closest sister and is being very brave. I am begging for prayers for our little Adam and know that you all are great and will help out. Hi Irene Really sorry to hear about little Adam, we will keep him in our thoughts and prayers and light a candle for him this week at Mass. Our own daughter had to have a small op last month and that was bad enough for us. Tell Adam we are all thinking of him here in England and sending healing thoughts his way. Hey Irene, I am so sorry - of course our prayers are with you all. Remember too that if it is leukaemia that may be the start, not an end. Treatment and outlook for little ones is so much better now than it has ever been, little Adam is in the best hands and thank God the intervention is now, not later. Take really good care of yourselves all of you, that's the best support for Adam, all of your strength and energy to will into him. Let us know how it all goes, the angels are watching.
