I have read about some person's using it and it came out that they had Asian ancestry. But yes it is supposed to be in the DNA make-up. You can not tell tribal blood...what they have done in some cases is found individual Haplogroups which correspond with various Indian Tribes or have traced an Individual in a tribe back to a common haplogroup...but DNA will not tell you if you are Indian or which tribe...that's DNA used in Family research, what they could do with a much wider test of an individual's DNA I don't know, I don't think they know yet...
