Can't tell you who Gabriel's parents were but I am a descendant of Robert Chandler thru his daughter Rebecca who married William Eddins. Did some lookups for you in some Wilson Co. TN genealogy book I have. Re Gabriel Chandler 1. From the book, "Marriages of Wilson Co. TN, 1802-1850", by Edythe Rucker Whitley Gabriel Chandler was the bondsman for the marriage of Lewis McCartney and Polley Anderson May 8, 1809. Gabriel Chandler was the bondsman for the marriage of Archibald Sherrill to Elizabeth Anderson Sept 26, 1809. Gabriel Chandler MARRIED Jenny THOMAS January 30, 1810 with Samuel Sherrill as bondsman.
