Debbie, I have a deed dated 10 Feb 1841, in Wilson County, TN that is signed by witness "Isaiah B. David. The land deed between John Candler (c1774-c1847) and James T. Hays was for land near if not in Liberty on Smith Fork Creek, and bounded land owned by a deceased Clark, Josiah Duncan, and William Estes.
