Good morning, I am researching Melvin families in Wilson County and Davidson County. Specifically I am trying to find the parents and other siblings of my ancester William Melvin who married Tabitha Gillepie in Wilson County in 1838. I know one of his brothers, Peter Melvin, was a minister at the New Hope Baptist Church in Hermitage. Peter married Mary Jackson in 1844 in Wilson County.
