I have only been doing this for a year. I have reached an brick wall with our James C. McIntyre. He lived most of his life in the 10th District in Wilson co. I "think" his father was William McIntyre of the same 10th Dist. In app. 1843 William married Nancy Patterson Hearn. She was not his Mother since James was born in 1820, in Wilson Co. Yet the oldest daughter of our James (James C. McIntyre's son) was named Doras Rowena McIntyre. We have found a grave in Lebanon for a Doras Rowena Hearn. There must be a connection but I sure can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. I am to the point where I think I will take up golf again, it is less frustrating! Thanks, Mark
