    1. [TNWILSON] TN lookups
    2. I hate calling you a number and you gave no name! Thank you for volunteering! I don't know that you can find any records, but... Noah and Hannah HICKS KELLEY married in Wilson Co. in 1806 (I have a copy of their bond). They lived in TN--somewhere--and had children there--6 that I know of between their marriage and ca. 1825. (James, Silas, Elizabeth, Isaac, Martha, Noah). Noah does not show as head of household I am told, in any census. A Noah KELLEY (mine?) sold land in Dickson Co. in 1813 to a John NALL, I have a copy of this record. Noah and Hannah and most of the six children show up beginning with James and Silas (and a Noah father or son?) in the 1840 Montgomery Co IL Census. In this and all records that I have found in IL the children say they were born in TN. It has been suggested that they might have lived with relatives and therefore Noah wouldn't show up as head of household in the 1810-1820 or 1830 federal and state censuses. I don't know names of any KELLEY relatives other that the children. A Richard HICKS signed the marriage bond for Hannah, but I am told he isn't in the censuses either. Hints, Suggestions? Pat (very frustrated) in WA state
