One of them migrated to TN and his grandson was named after him. That grandson married Nancy Jane RICE or RASH. I have a Sarah Elizabeth Williams, b. 1861. If you would contact me with birth dates/places for some of the later family names, we may be able to locate Silas. I also have a Samuel Williams, fathered Frances E. Williams (female) in 1811 in Wilson County, TN. This doesn't help you find Silas Williams, but we may have some common Williams lines that will help.
