Have you found any other Kincaids or Linns on the 1850 census? If their marriage was on July 3, 1850, they should not rightfully have been shown with this family, even though they lived there.. The census taker was only supposed to list the people in the household BEFORE June 1, 1850. It is possible that the Linns were listed separately, and Ann Elizabeth could have been listed with them, also. It is not uncommon that some people are counted twice due to being married or moving after the cutoff date or between visits from the census taker. You might give that a try in searching the census records. Good luck in your hunt.
