Fite, administrator of Sarah Hass, versus Thomas J. Sneed of Dekalb County. William Sneed departed this life in Wilson County in January 1838. He left as his heirs Thomas J. Sneed, John A. Sneed, Sarah Hass, formerly Sarah Sneed, Martha Fuston, formerly Martha Sneed, James Sneed, Mary Fuston, formerly Mary Sneed. At the time of the death of the said WIlliam Sneed, Sarah Hass was marred to Simon Hass who was then living. She departed this life in 1840, leaving as her heirs Lucinda who has since married Leroy Fuston and Louisa who has married Moses H. Fite. The husband of the said Sarah Hass departed this life in 1841. Said plaintiffs are seeking a settlement. 16 May 1850. (p.1-11).
