Jan, The name Cannon comes from Patsy Cannon who married Howell Horn. Nothing more on the Cannon name. Howell and Patsy were the parents of Richard Cannon Horn and John Thomas Horn of whom my wife is a descendant, mentioned below in a previous post. John Thomas married Arminta Reed who I was trying to get the parents for.
