Do you have a name or a time frame? There are two Tarver families in the area which may or may not be connected at some point (no one can find the connection though but they did witness each other's legal documents). I don't have my records in front of me so this is from the top of my head. My GGGG grandmother Martha A. Tarver married Samuel H. Riggan. Her father's name was Samuel. I do have siblings names but not on me at the moment. One sibling was Tilmon Tarver who was in Clark County, Arkansas by 1859. I don't go back beyone Samuel Tarver in the early 1800's. Sorry. Also Tarvers at that time would marry first cousins so it is very hard to trace them. It has been a booger for me. cynthiajcline@yahoo.com
