I'm afraid I can't help but when I saw your mention of John C. Cummins in Wilson Co. after 1810 and receiving information from his descendants I was hoping you could put me in touch with one of them. I think this John C. Cummins might be the older brother of my gggrandfather, Samuel Durham Cummings. I know family still lives in the Lebanon, TN area but I haven't seen any postings.
