Telford, Joseph Telford, John Telford, Thomas P. Browning, Charles T. Carter, and Henry Ward against John T. Goodall, executor of Parks Goodall; Richard Goodall, Charles Goodall, Benjamin Goodall, Francis Goodall, Sally Goodall, the unknown children of William Goodall of Illinois. Parks Goodall died about 1826, leaving to his wife Franky and his children to wit, John T., Parks, William, now dead; Hardin, now dead, leaving one child, Sarah Telford, wife of said John Telford; Joab Goodall; Suckey Sweat; Charlotte Bell; and Fanny Dockins. 20 November 1847
