Could anyone out there help me find any information on the death of a George Officer. George was born in 1840 in Virginia and died in 1936 in Wilson County Tennessee. I requested his death certificate from the Dept.Vital Statistics but they found nothing. I am in close contact with his last remaining grandaughter who was at the funeral in 1936 in Bellwood.
