    3. Lannom Cemetery is on Maddux Road, off Couchville Pike, in the Vesta area, south of Gladeville. I was there a few years ago and it was not under water. The backwaters of Percy Priest Lake were close but not over the cemetery. I believe there was something about the Lannom Cemetery when they were building the new speedway in the area. Martin are buried there. I'm told that it's at the intersection of Vesta and Gladeville Roads. I found and old note that says the cemetery is "On Simpson B. Lannom land, owned in 1972 by Elvin Maddux on Spring Creek, now Percy Priest Lake." I have my fingers crossed that it's not now underwater. Any help gratefully appreciated.
