I have an Arminta Reed who married John Thomas Horn in 1847 in Wilson Co. TN. They had sons, Cannon, born 1849, d. 1 Nov 1930 in Carrol Co., TN. and Robert D., b. 1851, d. 24 Mar 1925, Carrol Co., TN. Sorry. I don't have Arminta's parents. John Thomas' father, John Thomas Sr. had a brother Richard Cannon Horn who had a daughter, Nancy Emmaline who married Henry Davis Reed in 1850 in Wilson, Co., TN. Bill Horn

Bill, did any of your Reeds move to Saline or Pope Co., Il? Or did any marry a Randolph? My 3 grgrandmother, Nancy Pearl Reed m. William Randolph in either NC or Tn. They lived in Bledsoe Co., Tn. prior to their move to Saline Co., Il. in the mid 1840's. Nancy Pearl either had a brother or cousin or uncle named Cannon Reed who also moved to Saline and Pope Co., Il. This name is so unusual that it must come from the same family. Any help would be appreciated.
