    3. From the same source as in my previous email is this about Gideon Carter: Bill of complaint of John Logue against Moses M. Curry, James Curry, Gideon Carter and wife Rebecca, the widow of Ezekiel Curry, of Wilson County; Susan Woodrum of Montgomery County; John H. Curry, Sr., of Davidson County; Newton Curry and John Curry, Jr. of Williamson County. Ezekiel Curry died intestate in 1843. He left no children, but four brothers as heirs or heirs of four brothers. Brothers are Moses M., Newton who is dead, leaving one child who died after the father, leaving the mother Jane. James Curry, the other brother is dead, and his heirs are not known. 26 September 1873 (Chancery Book 1871-1874, Pp. 89-90) Hope this is helpful.
