Phillip was born Sept 01 1785 in NC. He married Rebecca George Mar 06 1809 in Wilson County. Their children were Presley George, Cinderella, G.T., and Phillip Berry Smart. The families moved from TN to Clay County AR and later some moved to OK. Thanks for any help on this family. I am willing to share any information that I have on this family.
