A wardrobe steamer trunk is a trunk with drawers on one side and on the other side a place to hang clothes. They can sometimes be spotted in older movies. I am not related to this person. I found it antique shopping and thought it would be nice to have some background of the person who's name is on the trunk if anyone knew and how it might of ended up in Florida. The name is painted on it with using stincil and about worn away. Researching the trunk it was found to be made around the turn of the century to about 1920's.

    3. The 1910 census of Wilson County Tennessee at 3 WD Lebanon list a James L. Williams born about 1871 white male.
