Looking for relatives of the Wilson County Hayes family. My great great grandfather was Jonathan Thomas of South Carolina who married Susan Hayes of the Wilson-Davidson County area in 1828. They then migrated to Marshall County, TN to the Verona-Farmington area. Family tradition has it that Susan and her family were neighbors to the "Jacksons," but I have never been able to substantiate it.
