I think it could be available to all interrested for a reasonable fee. Sometimes they are on ebay for under $30.00 but I would try the Wilson County Library Board as my first choice. I don't want to get into any legal issues over this. There is one on ebay for $125.00 but that is outrageous. Good Luck
