Thomas E. Partlow's WILSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, CHANCERY COURT RECORDS 1842-1892, has two entries which may be of interest to you, or you may already have this information 1. Bill of complaint of John D. Taylor and Robert R. Taylor, only children and heirs of Caleb Taylor against Fountain E. Pitt, John Reif (now dead), and others. In 1834, said Caleb gave two acres on Drake's Lick for a Methodist campground. The campground has now moved to another campground called Liberty. No religious services are held there now. They are seeking return of the land. Judgment in favor of the plaintiffs. 5 May 1851 (Chancery Court 1850-1854, Pp. 145-147) 2. Bill of complaint of Wright Young, Jordan Hackney and wife Manerva, formerly Manerva Young; G. L. Medlin and wife Eliza, formerly Eliza Young, of Sumner County; J. P. Booth and wife Amanda, formerly Amanda Young, of Davidson County; Oscar Young and r. J. Young of Allen Coumnty, Kentucky against Bridges Young; C. C. Burton, guardian of Louize Young and D. C. Young, minors of Sumner County. William Young died in 1847 intestate, leaving his widow, Hannah Young, and eight children, to wit, Wright, Manerva, R. J., Bridges, C. V., Eliza, Amanda, and Oscar Young. He left two grandchildren, Louiza and D. C., the only children of deceased son P. B.
