    2. Cheryl
    3. Posted on: Wilson Co. Tn Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/genbbs.cgi/USA/Tn/Wilson/736 Surname: EASON, WALTON, MARTIN, HEGGERTY ------------------------- A James W. Harris left land on Barton's Creek in Wilson County to the heirs of my Alexander Eason of Wilson County. Alexander was married to Mary Walton in Gates Co., NC in 1784, and they were living in Wilson County before 1800. Alexander died in 1808. I have not yet been able to determine why this James W. Harris left land to Alexander Eason's children. One of Alexander's children, Robert, married a Lydia Harris in 1802 in Wilson County, but the Barton's Creek land was left to be divided among all of Robert's siblings, including his sister Mary Eason who married 1825 in WC my brick wall, James Martin, born c. 1803 in NC. Since so many of these families migrated together and intermarried, I've been studying the Harris connection in hopes of learning more about my Easons and Martins. Would love to hear from anyone who could shed light on this connection. Thanks Cheryl cheryls@wwnet.net

I am searching for one on: James SOMERS/SUMMARS he was born on 1-1-1757 in England and died on 1-21-1820 in Wilson county TN. He had at least 6 children by two different marriages. 2. Teresa- Thank you so much for taking the time to post the court information on Allen. My Archer Allen has been a brick wall for me for some time and , although the Archibald you have listed in the court record is not mine, I feel certain there is a connection between the two men because of some other research I have done. I will look over carefully what you have sent me and compare it to what I already have. I may take you up on the offer of another look-up. Thank you again, Claudia Allen
