    3. Posted on: Wilson Co. Tn Queries Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Tn/Wilson/10771 Surname: Hunter, Smithwick, Kirk, Quinn ------------------------- My gg grandfather was from Lebanon, Wilson County, Tn. His name was William Wright Hunter. Information I have on his father is that he was born and died near Lebanon County, Tennessee. My info says his name was Edward Nicholas, but it may have been shortened to Ned. William Wright Hunter was born around 1851 and married (first) Sophronia Smithwick. They had sons named Walter and Lillard and a daughter named Humphrey Leona. After his first wife's death, he married Selena Kirk (maybe Quinn). They had daughters May (Mae) Clark, Devira and Billie. There may have been other children. They moved to McKinney, Texas. William died in early 1900's. Does any of this sound familiar to you? I'm loking for the Hunter family that William is connected to. Also looking for the Kirk family and Quinn family that Selena is related to. Thanks, Robert
