    3. If anybody is looking for "Hamilton" or "Kennedy" last names, I know of 2 old cemetaries located near an old house that I used to live in as a kid in Wilson County. I believe the Hamilton cemetary had some dates (birthdates I think it was) going to the 1700's. As best I recall, this cemetary had been bulldozed to make a pond (which I think should be criminal, and probably is). I remember seeing the headstones laying on the banks of the pond. The "Kennedy" last name is as best I recall, and I may be mistaken on it, but I think I'm right. They were located at an antebellum house at the intersections of Riverview, Davis Corner, and Burton Roads near Mt. Juliet. I anybody needs info on these cemetaries, post the message, and I will respond. C. McCormack, cmak9@yahoo.com --- Teresa Walker <twalker@iland.net> wrote: > Thanks, Bill. 3. Hi Pat, The USGS site has Greenwood (populated place), Greenwood Cemetery, Greenwood Post Office (historical) and Greenwood Seminary (historical). The Cemetery is on the Lebanon USGS Map. But the other 3 are on the Shop Springs USGS Map. On the map, they appear to be between Lebanon and Watertown. South East of Lebanon and North West of Watertown. 3. Thanks, Bill. I'm glad to know someone else has family in Wilson Co. whose graves have never been found. We have almost an entire Walker family that is not found anywhere. The only one out of the entire bunch is William C. Walker and some of his children who are in the cemetery in Lebanon. The others are gone, gone, gone. We have searched everywhere, including walking in weeds head high looking for cemeteries marked on the county map which are apparently plowed under or something. We are always hopeful every time we come to Wilson Co., but have just about given up hope of ever finding them. twalker@iland.net ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bill Allen" <misterbill@pdq.net> To: <TNWILSON-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, June 27, 2002 4:34 AM Subject: Re: [TNWILSON] Surnames I have... > Hi Christine, > > The surnames you have don't include my GG-grandparents Spencer W.
