Thanks Darlene , I have that info although the name is spelled without the u . My marriage date is 1832 . This has been a hard family to find much info on . A question , I have some of the sons and the father in the 1866 tax book as a poll tax . The father , John Allen is taxed $9.00 for 201 acres , and 4 of the sons are taxed $2.00 . Do you think the sons were taxed on land or something else ? One more question , I would like to get a copy of the will record , concering their death and estate . I have John Allen died before Dec . 1885 , and his wife before July 1886 . I don't know what to ask for . thanks for any help , Jennie Falkenburry Riggs
