Noticed a number of queries for the name of JORDAN. I research Jordan PHIPPS who was born ca 1766 in Virginia, died ca 1827 in Williamson County. According to my sparse information, he was the son of Benjamin PHIPPS and Martha RICHARDSON. Have wondered if a grandmother could have been a JORDAN. Does anyone have further info on Jordan.
