Isaac Tarkington and Delaney Winslow were married in Williamson Co. 25 Sept 1809. l I have 3 differing opinions on who Isaac's parents were. I'm thinking it was probably Joshua and Zelpha. They came from Tyrrell Co. NC. Is anyone else working on this family?
