I am researching some Skaggs in Missouri....I have a Nancy Skaggs, b. 1904, in Webb City, Jasper county, Missouri....Her parents were William, b. 1851, and Margaret Skaggs..His parents were Jesse Skaggs, 1811 KY, and Elizabeth Graham, b. 1817....Nancy married William Homer Hardaway, b. 1900, WEbb City, Missouri....Are any of these of any interest to you???
