I access Heritage Quest through the library in Chattanooga..It's been pretty helpful - I was just surprised that Williamson County census records hadn't yet been transcribed..I greatly appreciate all the help on finding these Rice's in Williamson County!! I've found will records as follows: James Rice 1835 wb-6-56 James Rice 1847 wb-8-56 (not sure if same James Rice or two different men. Probably wrote it in 1835 and it was proved 1847).. Isham Rice wb-12-27 Francis Rice wb-13-333 I couldn't find any land deed abstracts as yet. Are there any published land deed records for Williamson County that you recommend?
