Thank you, Noel, for this information. Surprisingly I discovered the Allen Co Library had a copy of a book that listed the early families of Williamson Co TN--The book was listed here before having to do with the People of the Flat....I forget now the exact title but I called Allen Co when I learned that they had a copy of this book and they sent me a request form. Not only would they make copies of the pages that I needed from this book but they also searched the records of passenger ships from Germany for one of my other family lines, all for a small price-- Most of their searches cost around $7.50 or so. Well worth the price since I did not have the time myself to search these records. I also found Allen Co Library to be convenient because I live in Indiana and it is a lot quicker to receive information from them than when I contacted and requested information from the Williamson Co Library, geneology department. Nothing against the Williamson Co library who were most helpful, but Allen Co was quicker, I am guessing because it is in my state. M Russell
