Hi, I'm looking for information on the Samuel Allen family that lived in Williamson Co., Tennessee. Samuel left his WILL in WILL Book 8, Williamson Co., Tennessee, June Term 1845. He named his wife Rhoda Allen and his children ; Nancy Allen Philippine, Elizabeth Allen, Sarah Ann Allen Mevery, S. T. Allen and R. C. Allen, David Allen, W. H. Allen, Eliza Allen Little and Joseph Little, and William Thuratt and Martha Williams in this WILL. Samuel names his wife as his executor of his estate. My husband's line is William H. Allen b. September 8, 1804 VA., d. May 10, 1859 Shelby Co., Tennessee and married Miss Caroline M. Brown, daughter of Benjamin Brown and Nancy ? Brown. Wm. H. and Caroline were married in Williamson Co., Tennessee on March 7, 1826. They lived in Rutherford Co., and Shelby Co., Tennessee where both of them died and are buried.
