Weathers received his share of the estate from Andrew Parks, guardian. ...p.45. Deed. 13 Aug.1855. Ferdinand Stith to John P. McKay, Chairman of the County Court of Williamson County. Whereas the Justices of the Peace of said County have determined to change the location of the court house of said County in the town of Franklin on account of it's inconvenience and have ordered that a more convenient and eligible site be purchased for the court house to be erected thereon...have purchased of Ferdinand Stith a parcel of ground...for $1,000 on the south side of the public square and fronting said square about 21 feet adjoining the parcel of land heretofore conveyed to the chairman of the County Court by William Park and wife, and others, by deed dated 10 Aug.1855...bounded by John and Moss line...being part of lot #105. ...p.48. 3 Feb. 1869. Jones. *(note: This graveyard is located at the corner of Del Rio Pike and Cotton Road on property formerly owned by Mrs. Buford, and now owned by Livingsfield Moore. Williamson Co.,TN ..Misc. Records...Vol.II... Gilbert Marshall vs. Ruth T. Gentry et al. Reuben A. Gentry died 3 Feb.1841 intestate, leaving Ruth T. Gentry his widow. His children were: Robert & Elizabeth Gentry. G. Marshall was appointed Admr. in May 1841. The estate is insolvent. Gentry conveyed ,by deed of trust dated 25 Jan. 1841, 426 acres and 130 poles of land to Thomas Parks to secure the payment of certain notes. Gentry failed to pay notes. He left 3 tracts of land.
