Could some one look up a death record or obituary of any kind for me? I am looking for the death dates of John A. Barnes and his wife Sarah (Mangrum, I think but not positive) Barnes. I believe they died sometime in 1870's. Possibly the 1880's but I'm pretty sure it was in the 1870's. I also need the deaths of Solomon M. Barnes and his wife Lurana (Lou) Haithcock) Barnes. I believe they died in the 1880's or 1890's. Williamson Co. TN. I know this is a little vague but it is all I have and I can't get anywhere until I find the parents of these people and or where the parents were born. It seems that in the census records they are always in a different district so I don't believe they owned any land or if they did it was very late in the Century. My grandfather (b. 1883) did say that when he was little his father would send the boys to stay and work on other farms so they could use the money to help pay for theirs. My point here is that I can't get anywhere with Land records for information. I would very much appreciate any help at all with this. Sandy
