I have this and hope it will help, Janet Ferris Page 454. April 3,1764 from John Robertson (Smith) of the Parish of Cornwall in L, to Daniel Price Jr. of the Parish & County of Henrico, for 250 E, a certain tract of land in the Parish of Cornwall & L on the West Side of Cubb Creek, about 100 acres bounded by Zachariah Waller, Edward Robertson, being the reversion of a tract of a larger quantity of land granted to the said John by patent dated Aug 22, 1753.
