The family Bible record found at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., shows that John BEARD was born on 31 March 1765. Unfortunately we are unsure as to who his parents were or his place of birth. There is some thought that he may have been of Irish descent. The family Bible record is located on pages 6 and 7.
