Donna, the A______ who owns the land doesn't matter, State law states that if you are a direct Decendant of someone Buried in on a plot of land in Tennessee,you have the right of have a reasonable, and right of Access to the Cemetery...and it furhter states that the land owner has to protect the Graves with a fence at least 10 ft away from, and all the way aruond the cemetary , and allow for any further Burials that have been shown to be available for other family members,etc.,etc...and so on, and so on....the area is fenced and I'm not sure that access is all that available to family but I'll check that! There are only two known graves there,and there worn away badly,but Granny's Grave is decernable and vividly there. Chuck
