Heirs petitioned division of land in Williamson & Haywood Co. The widow was Sally White. Ally McDowell & Polly Burnham, 2 of his children were entitled to 1/4part. John McWhite, only son and heir of Samuel White, deceased, woe was a son of John White, deceased, was entitled to 1/4 part. John H. White and Eliza P.
