Hi Pat, have you looked at Maury co.,or Marshall Co. Tn. yet? Ther are several McCracken's around there.remember,all the "Mc's" stuck together so if you find 2 you'll find 32 so to speak. I am not up on the White's very well right now,since I've been doing the McDowell end of things,and there seems to be 2 or 3 families of White's around middle Tn.,in the late 1700's -mid 1800's but they are most likely related to each other. I will look at my Library and see what I've got and post it for you if I have anything, or I'll post what I can obtain from my sister ,or both. Chuck McDowell
