If someone had the body of a relative exhumed and moved from Humphreys County to Williamson County, what type of burial permit, etc etc would they have had to had and from which county? Both? The re-burial was supposedly in the Carlisle Cemetery. Who would have the records for the Carlisle Cemetery??
