Does anyone have acess to the 1850 Census Or the Will Books Or the Marriage Records prior to 1825 I am looking for anything related to the MORRISON surname....... I will be happy to exchange info....... As the old saying goes....".I will beg, borrow or steal" any info that you are willing to share with me or to lookup for me....... I think my MORRISON family was in Williamson Co (in fact I know they were)....... I have the 2nd marriage of my gggrandfather but I sure need the 1st one bad (1st is mine) Robert D. MORRISON married nancy MORGAN in 1841 in Williamson Co......... His father Robert MORRISON is suppose to have died there........thank you for anything you can help me with.........pj [email protected]

    3. PJ, There is a Robert Morrison listed in the 1840 Williamson County Census. Here is what it has: 23rd District M-1 0-5 m-2 5-10 m-2 10-15 m-o 15-20 m-0 20-30 m-0 30-40 m-1 40-50 f-1 0-5 f-o 5-10 f-o 10-15 f-0 15-20 f-o 20-30 f-o 30-40 f-0 40-50 f-1 50-60 This is the only Morrison listed in the Census There is no MORRISON listed in the 1850 Census however there is a MORISON listed: #619 - farmer S. Morison 50 m nc N. " 38 f nc A. " farmer 20 m tn T " farmer 17 m tn S. " 14 f tn R. " 10 m tn W. " 7 m tn S. " 5 f tn J. " 1 f tn No MORRISON is listed in the 1860 Census Hope this helps Noel
