Hi List....maybe some of you haven't seen this site. Hopefully you can find some help here......Happy Holydays to You All.....Donna Hayes King Williamson Co, Tennessee, TNGenWeb Project
The information given on the Hodge family is my direct line and most of these Hodge mentioned are kin to Francis Hodge who died in Davidson Co., Tn in 1828. Gale
Thank you for the information. My primary research focus is the Sammons family (Newit Sammons, et al). One of his sons. Edmund Sammons, married one Ann Mariah Hays (AKA Anmariah) in Williamson Co. in 1826/7. I have no further information on the Hays family beyond that. The Hodge connection also arose from the marriage of one of Newit's children, Margaret Sammons, married one Phillip Hodge on 29 April 1819 in Williamson Co. I very much appreciate your time and effort and will file this info as you never know what may become relevant later. Thanks for checking, Donna. Hope you also have a great holiday. Judy
Donna, I am reposting this since your crash. I am looking for any McCracken/McCrackin in Williamson Co. I'm trying to determine the parents of James McCracken, born ca.1820 in Williamson Co. He married in 1840 in Henry Co. to Mary Ann Campbell. Had two sons, Neal and Edward Lytle, prior to moving to Pope Co. Ark. in 1843. He is also related to the Lytle family.
Just inquiring: is this LYTLE family the same one who married REIDS and JORDANS from Williamson County? Judy, there are no listings in the Bible Records book for Marlin or Locke. Hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season.......God bless you and yours, Donna
Do you have any Marlin or Locke Bible records? Judy
Jake, I'm sorry, I had a space between Family Assoc and it should be FamilyAssoc in the address for the Trantham family tree info. The correct address is http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/FamilyAssoc/Trantham. I just tried it and it is there. You might also check http://genforum.genealogy.com/trantham/messages. The Z.T. Trantham may be the son of Zachariah Taylor Trantham. He had one named Z.T. around 1884 but he was born in Arkansas.
