The Rutherford County Historical Society is publishing a R.C. Family History Book. The volume will include a section for family biographies and the histories of communities, churches, schools, businesses and more. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of family life in our history. If you (or your direct ancestors) are now living in or have EVER lived in Rutherford County, we want to include your family biography. Entries of 500 words or less and one photograph are free. Copies will be available on a presale basis for $52.50. Deadline for submitting your family history is Sept 15, 1999.
