A copy is on file at the White County Public Library in Sparta, TN. My posting on this book, tells you what is included and what is not, and why, etc. Be sure to look this one up. It may explain WHY you can't locate marriages you KNOW took place in White Co., TN. Since the book is in alpha order by GROOMS, I do not have the page you need, which is COOPER. I DO have the page that would include HICKMAN (your Bride). However, there are not any HICKMAN Grooms listed on this page -- only HICKEY and HICKS.
