    3. Gloria Spurlock message regarding Thomas Durham, September 8. I know nothing of Thomas Durham, but could he relate to these White Co. Durhams? Pleasant Farley married a Durham. The Farleys came to White Co. TN very early from Caswell Co., NC and that area (into lower VA). Lucretia Durham married George Hutson, Jr following the War of 1812. She and George lived out their lives in White Co. George was son of George and Creasey Hutson of Old Pendleton District, SC (Pickins Co.) Elizabeth Durham married Wm Hutson, brother of George above. Census says she was born in SC. Relatives say she was daughter of an Isham Durham. (I've never found an Isham Durham). They had 4 young sons on the 1820 White Co., TN census, so could have married in SC or White Co. Several children were born in White Co. before they removed to Cole Co., MO where other Durhams also lived. Sally Durham, 1830 census, White Co., TN lived between my Hutsons with 2 small sons. David Durham (not on 1840 White Co. census) had sons William and George. Wm H. Hutson became their guardian in 1841 in White Co. George Durham married Mary Jane Poe in White Co., March 7, 1848, but was not on the 1850 census there. How are these Durhams related to each other? Who are their parents and where did they come from?
