Hi Wendy Gayle, My husband's great grandmother was Lenora Jane Wilhite of White County, Tennessee, daughter of Jeremiah Wilhite and Priscilla Pass. She married John Roberson/Robison/Robeson/Robertson/Robinson in White County, Tennessee in the mid-1850s. She and John had three little boys when he was killed in the war. I think they were in Arkansas by that time. She later married John Thurman, with whom she had three more boys. My husband is the grandson of Lenora's second son.
